From the North:

280 South.
Take the Monterey Blvd exit.
Left at the light onto Monterey. Continue for 6 blocks or so.
Left on Colon Avenue.
House will be two blocks down on the left.

Via Public Transit:

The 23 and the 43 both pass Colon on Monterey Blvd.
Get off at the nearest stop and then walk to 100 Colon.
Make sure to ask for a transfer when you pay your fare as transfers will not be issued at any other time.

Via Bike:

Ride to Pat Loughran's house in whatever manner you usually choose.
Head down to Colon, turn and then ride to 100 Colon. Be sure to lock up your bike as David is expecting a number of miscreants.
